"We have stayed here several times over the years. And the updates and remodeling are just excellent. We have enjoyed our stay so much. My only negative thing was there was not great water pressure in the shower. We had problems with the TV and we called the office and they were there immediately to help us. All it was was a dead battery in the remote.
Thanks again for our wonderful day"

"My stay was fine, even if the price was a little high for the value. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was spotless and the bed was comfortable. The location was good, with easy access to restaurants and GSMNP. The grounds of the hotel were beautifully manicured. My only complaint was with the included breakfast. It was not served until 8:00, and the only items served were breads/pastries, cereals, hard boiled eggs, and drinks. No hot entrees, no fresh fruit, no yogurt, and certainly nothing to fortify you for a hike on the nearby trails. And it was all served on Styrofoam with plastic utensils; there was no recycling or composting in evidence. I would not stay here again."
