โI was attending an event at the Irving Convention Center. The hotel was right across the street which made it very convenient. The hotel was lovely, easy to get to and quiet. โ
โBrand new property, clean , staff was fiendly, parking was great. The bathroom door needs a weather strip, its a big beautiful door, but a big gap to see right in while your on the toilet, not a huge deal breaker but could be improved. Also the bartender took over 5 minutes to get to us, and no bar was not full by any means. Plus Plus the executive cheif had a chat with us at breakfast very friendly! Would stay again if had the chance.โ

โWe had a great experiemce at HYATT Place in Las collinas. For $99, room was large enough snd especially breakfast was pretty good. I will definitely come back for next travel. โ

I stayed here on a business trip and had to submit an invoice to my company.
The day before I checked out, I asked the staff to issue the invoice and was told that it would be issued the next morning.
However, the next morning another staff member refused, saying that the invoice would be mailed to me, and the invoice has not been mailed to me yet.
