Otele girdiğimiz anda üst üste bir sürü problem yaşadık. Odalarımız ayarlamıştı. bize verdikleri odalar çok pisti temizlenmesi için bir saate yakın bekledik. Ertesi gün uyardigimizda bize yanlış odaların verildiğini söylediler . Şaka gibiydi. İşletmecisi ve çalışanları suçu birbirine attılar. İşletmeciler hiç kibar değildi ve otelin içinde sigara içiyorlardı. Bu nedenle bütün otel sigara kokuyordu. Koridora çıktığımız an kokudan duramadik. Kahvaltısı da oldukça yetersizdi. Hiç kimseye tavsiye etmeyiz. Verdiğimiz parayi hak etmedi.

Odalar çok pis heryerde karınca var. Lobide sürekli fındık yıyen ve sizinle ilgilenmeyen bir beyefendi var. Kahvaltı 5 çeşit sadece. Rutubet kokusu almış heryer yataklarda pislikten izler oluşmuş. 1 gece kaldık sabah koşarak kaçtık.

Uygu9n fiyat ama vasat bir otel
Otele gittiğimizde randevumuzun sistemlerine henüz düşmediğini söylediler. Sisteme düşene kadar bekledik. 15 dakika. Sistemlerine geç düştüğü için çift kişilik odanın başka müşteriye verildiğini söyleyip alternatif olarak üç oda göstermek için resepsiyondaki bayan görevliye üç anahtar verdi. Gün boyu yolda olduğumuz için ilk gösterilen odaya tamam dedik. Görevli gittikten sonra banyoya baktık rutubet içinde. Sonra banyo yapmak istedik iki ayak havlusu bir tane yüz havlusu vardı. Vücut havlusu yoktu. Oda karanlık tarafa baktığı için klima çalıştırmak zorundasınız. Ama klimada çok kötü durumda olduğu için onuda çalıştırmak istemiyorsunuz. Çalıştırıp üzerinizi örtmek istediğinizde dolapta çok kötü bir durumda battaniye olduğunu görüyorsunuz. Sabah kahvaltı dahil olarak oda tuttuğumuz için kahvaltıya indik. Kahvaltı domates peynir zeytin patates salatası karpuz ve içi kararmış haşlanmış yumurta ve çay vardı. Anlayacağınız vasat bir durumda. Hotel.com otellerine yakışmıyor. Sadece fiyat olarak iyi ama bu fiyata göre de hizmet olarak vasat bir otel.

Ailemle birlikte 2 gecelik konaklama yaptık.Fiyat olarak çok beklentiye girmemenizi tavsiye ederim.Otel ana cadde üzerinde ve gürültülü.Pencereler kapanınca nispeten gürültü azalıyor.Odalar klimalı ve faal şekilde çalışıyor.Otelin şehrin merkezi bir konumda bulunması ,24 saat sıcak su kesintisiz wifi otelin artıları.Ücretsiz sabah kahvaltısı yanında çay servisi süperdi.Otelde temizliğe biraz daha önem verilmesi gerekiyor.Otel sahibi Münir beye ve kat görevlisi Bedirhan beye alakalarından dolayı teşekkür ederiz.Ailenizle rahatça konaklayabileceğiniz bir otel...

Uygun fiyatlı bir otel. Müşteriye karşı sıcakkanlı ve ilgili davranış söz konusu. Yalnızca kahvaltı salonu ve kahvaltı çeşitleri yetersiz. Ödediğimiz fiyat ile kıyaslarsak mükemmel bir otel. Tavsiye ederim :)

Ужаснейшее впечатление об отеле, ощущение трущёб, в одном номере вместо окна зияла чёрная дыра в стене, в другом не работает сантехника, постельное бельё всё в пятнах от предыдущих постояльцев, в номерах не убирали очень давно, мусор, о завтраке никто не знает, нас никто не ждал, при выезде стали требовать оплату, хотя деньги списаны в предыдущие сутки при бронировании. Хотите испортить настроение и впечатление о стране, посетите этот отель.
