Very nice clean rooms. The staff members were exceptionally polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Great breakfast buffet. Overall a great experience. I would stay there again.

The room was clean enough. Staff brought chocolate and fruit daily. Was a stain on sheets (whatever). My biggest issue is they advertised black out curtains and didnt advertise that this room has no windows. Nor did they contact me after booking. They required me to pay more in order to get a room with window (which is standard in vietnam) however, their rooms were being advertised with blackout curtains and the other offerings (same i upgraded to) were advertised same way. Also, the free cocktail must be used between 8-11pm, so just felt misled the entire time from start to end. Overall, fine value.

The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the famous Pink Church in Tân Định and the local market. As expected of a city hotel, the street is directly in front of the property and can get quite busy during peak hours. I booked a Superior Room without windows. While compact, it was just right for a solo traveler, although it might feel a little cramped for two people. The toilet was bit tight if you are a big person. On the plus side, the lack of windows meant there was no traffic noise to disturb my stay. The staff were kind enough to accommodate my request for an early check-in, which was much appreciated. The room was clean and equipped with all the essential amenities. Facilities include an open-air hot tub, sauna and gym, conveniently located on the same fourth floor as my room. Breakfast was also good and perfectly acceptable for a hotel of this size. Overall, a great option for travelers looking for a conveniently located stay right in the heart of the city, with easy access to nearby attractions, local markets and eateries.

The room meets my expectations but staffs are the factors made me want to come back. I truly met old Saigon characters from people at the hotel as well as its neighborhood. Love my short trip while waiting for my flights.
