I didn't rent a car, but there is no problem to visit Taormina and Giardini Naxos by bus, just be patience a little bit more. Paula is very kind lady, she can help you everything with google translate if you cannot speak Italian like me.”

“La Plage has magnificent views of the sea and the iconic Isola Bella. The breakfast buffet is delicious and the staff are friendly and attentive. Be aware that the beach is rocky and hard to walk on and it’s difficult to enter and exit the sea for a swim. It’s easy to get up to Taormina via the funivia (cable car) for a 10€ round trip. ”
