"The check-in process at this property is unacceptable, especially for travelers without internet access. The only way to check in is online, and if you are fortunate enough to find the property manager—which Expedia lists as a 4-star establishment—they will tell you there’s nothing they can do unless you complete the check-in yourself online. If you don’t have internet access, that’s simply “your problem.”
