We arrived late (at 2am) and when checking out room wasn’t ready. They did have our reservation but an issue with our room. We were upgraded to a suite free of charge which h was nice but the whole room issue was confusing. When arriving to our room our door didn’t lock and the heater cover was busted. Other than that it was clean and everyone was nice.

Loved the open shower & room setup. Was also nice to have the pool right next to the hot tub so we could just flop back and forth over the wall from hot tub to pool and back again. Continental breakfast was simple but good enough. Fresh made a waffle and there were a ton of topping choices. Bagels and cream cheese, yogurt, hard boiled egg, juice.
