โI loved the balcony and Ocean view. Beds were comfortable. The staff were great. Pool was warm, but, but big enough to swim in. The grout in the shower was not clean and they need a new chair. It was dirty and uncomfortable. We would come back for sure. โ
โDespite the middle of the night fire alarm drill, we had a great stay. It would have been nice to receive some kind of communication about what happened (and maybe complimentary drinks or something?) after that occurred. Otherwise, the hotel and beach were a great short getaway! โ
โThe people were exceptional as were the appearance of the property. The pool was large as is the compound. It would accomodate a small convention.โ
โGreat customer service. I got a text the evening I checked in asking if I needed anything. This was a nice touch! Rooms were pretty and clean and comfortable. Staff was very professional and eager to make your stay wonderful! Also free bikes!! โ

โ3rd time staying here and as always the check in was smooth, the manager was very friendly and accommodating. The room was beautiful and comfortable. I love the decor. We had a drink at the bar, the bartender was very pleasant. We had dinner at Havana Nights where the vibe was fun & relaxing; the live music was excellent, our waiter was superb. Right across the street from the beach and within walking distance to restaurants
Room could use a few more hooks to hang things and some overhead lighting
But those are small things
Service was good, muffins and coffee in the morning for free but the hotel is also attached to a cute crepe/aรงaรญ bowl place as well

โRoom was perfect ! Spacious and the fridge and microwave were perfect for us . We were traveling for a swim meet and it was a five minute drive so conveniently located for us . Parking was easy and the location was ideal with plenty of food options. โ
