The front desk people were amazing. The housekeeping was beyond horrible. We found feces on one of our bed sheets, call downstairs and front desk said that they would have them come up and change it while we were at dinner. Springhill Suites By Marriott Sandpoint
Very beautiful location as well as beautiful hotel. The breakfast was really good as well. Our bed was terribly uncomfortable is my only complaint but other then that it was a great stay and will go back.
