"When I arrived the front desk person, Will, was kind, helpful, and prompt! He allowed me to choose the floor I wanted to be on which was nice since it was just my daughter and I and I wanted to not be ground floor.
The only issue I had was that when I first got into the room it appeared the toilet had not been properly cleaned, there was remnants from another. However, as soon as I brought it to Wills attention he offered to change our room and take care of it. I decided to stay in the room, but they did come and fully clean the bathroom which was appreciated.
One other thing was that the walls seem quite thin. I could hear our neighbors on all sides, up, down, and next door. Our upstairs neighbors stayer up late and we’re up early also so that was rough. Otherwise, it was a nice place to stay.
I felt safe and it was warm and relatively clean, after they recleaned the bathroom!"
