“This is one of the cleanest hotels I have been in in a while. The staff is always seen cleaning and wiping down tables and chairs after breakfast. The ladies that do the breakfast are so kind!! The front desk was so helpful and the young man that came to clean our room at check was incredible! I thought I left my wallet and when I went back up, he helped me look and gave me a pair of shoes he found in our other room. You should have Venmo QR codes to tip the cleaning people!! ”

“Breakfast was only a choice of waffles, or biscuits n gravy. There was also cereal or toast available. It was not very good tasting. Orange juice was great, but the coffee, (once i could seperate out a cup, and not use a stack of 6 to drink-- a big challenge.) It gave me such bad gas, it was rediculous. Breakfat area was very clean though. Not very friendly staff, gave minimal interaction, and never saw anyone even hint at a smile. Even though i had requested extra pillows in online check...

“First of all the staff was awesome, very accommodating. Hotel was a bit aged and pool had not been reopened from Helene but visit was in November, and who uses a pool in Tennessee in November? Breakfast was fresh and tasty, had enough for me, and I LIKE breakfast. I will be going back!”
