“The pool was closed, we weren't told about the breakfast, the air conditioner was so noisy it kept us awake at night and the television reception was horrible. There was so much "snow" it was hard to see it. We left 2 days early and I am requesting a refund for those 2 nights we didn't stay.”

“Other than the dirty carpet in guest room and the malfunctioning desk chair in same room the rest of the hotel was 5 stars.
The only other recommendation would be to remove the parking charge for hotel guests.”

“The hotel was nice and the staff was helpful. There was a communication mix up with the night staff and morning staff. We needed to switch rooms and it was not recognized and communicated. We had to pay for an additional room for one night. It was not an expense had planned for. The hotel is older but reasonably clean and maintained. The location is good with stores and restaurants in a few miles walkable if you’re moderately healthy.”
