"Stayed here for 2 nights with family plus our private driver as part of a whistle-stop tour of Sri Lanka. Our first impressions were quite bad. Hotels in Sri Lanka routinely provide/arrange accommodation for drivers (either for a price or sometimes for free). Jacob made it seem like drivers are not worthy of staying in the vicinity of guests as they "disturb the look of the hotel and the other guests". In fact, as we were unloading bags, he straight up asked our driver where he would be staying...
