“My only complaint is how I was greeted by the front desk clerk upon my arrival for check in. It was late, around 1130pm. I stood in line and waited for the clerk to help the person in front of me. Once she was finished, she looked at me and said “do you want something?”…maybe “can I help you?” Or “how can I help you?”. Just came off as rude, unprofessional and that I was a bother. “It had been a few years since my last time of staying at this establishment. It just seems to have gotten better. Ever worker was very professional. They made sure my room was provided with new towels when needed. The breakfast was great each morning.”

“They had to move me because they put me in a room with a faulty TV. The clerk knew the TV in the first room had a problem the day before. The TV that worked was difficult to tune to a station I wanted to watch.”

“Well this is my second time here it’s definitely an okay place to stay for the price. No irons didn’t know that. Checked in, they make you pay a $50 refundable charge after your stay. Checked into my room and it look as if someone had literally just been in there. Used towels all over the bathroom floor and the bed was unmade. Most likely dirty sheets too”
