This hotel exceeded our expectations. The room was very spacious and bed/pillows very comfortable . Staff were very friendly. The setting of this hotel was so beautiful nestled among beautiful trees , the hotel grounds immaculate and across from the river. It was so quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend

The hotel has a nice roof deck where you can sit and relax. There is also a nice hot tub that was very inviting, but we didn't get a chance to use, limited time. The staff was very helpful and friendly and provided us with good restaurant recommendations.

The room was very nice and spacious with a comfortable bed, great views, deep soaking tub - excellent coffee. The hot tub and pool were both excellent. I had breakfast and the cafe was nice and the food was decent. It was a great location for outdoor activities. Plenty of space on-site to walk my dog.

I did not know anything about the hotel when I booked. When I arrived it took my breath away. It is a magnificent property in a beautiful part of Quebec. The building is heritage and maintained really well. The grounds are gorgeous and well worth a visit. It is very inexpensive especially for such opulence.

We were not there long enough to enjoy it all. However we did have dinner in the dining room and explored the property a bit. The hot tub area in the area of the old bell tower is a magnificent idea! The grounds are amazing! Staff was excellent! We will come back again when we have more time!

A wonderful hotel with helpful and lovely staff. The rooms are spacious and clean and the amenities are fantastic. Breakfast buffet on Sunday morning was delicious with plenty of fresh choices and the garden and the grounds provided a wonderful stroll. I will definitely return when chance permits it

We stayed here only for one night on our way to Montreal. We were a family of three and found the beds comfortable. The room clean and the staff very friendly. The hot tub on the roof was nice, especially in the morning but could probably use some maintenance as it's looking a bit dated. Overall had a great stay and would recommend it to others!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel after several hours of traveling from the east coast, we only stayed for 1 night but wished we stayed longer to take advantage of all the amenities. The property was beautiful and well maintained. The cafe at the spa had delicious sandwiches and a huge selection of craft beers and cocktails. We did have the breakfast at the restaurant that was very satisfying. I would recommend spending a few days at this hotel and the town of Nicolet is so quaint.

Cleanliness is key and Hôtel Montfort rates very high. Our stay in this charming hotel, centred around a historic former monastery with modern accommodations, was well located for exploring Nicolet, Trois-Rivières and the Mauricie region. Our room was very clean, comfortable and well appointed, and the hotel itself has a great deal of character. A special mention must go to Francis at reception, who was exceptionally courteous, charming and helpful. He went out of his way to assist us and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. His warmth, professionalism and gracious manner made a wonderful first impression and were very much appreciated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return.
