The room was clean and tidy. There was a door to a balcony which was shared with the next room. The telephone in the room was dead so unable to contact the reception or the front desk..you had to use your cell phone and call the main auberge number.now The patio was lovely looking out towards the St Lawrence River and watching the Ocean liners.. Dinner on the patio was very good and the service was fabulous. The pool was very clean.

Formidable séjour relaxant à souhait. Un personnel serviable, souriant, à l'écoute, d'une grande gentillesse. Avec ce magnifique domaine d'une grande tranquillité et ses équipements, tout est parfait pour la détente. Idéale pour une escapade en amoureux surtout si vous choisissez la chambre Deluxe. De plus nous avons beaucoup apprécié le balcon vu sur le lac, les peignoirs à disposition et le confort de la chambre et des espaces communs. Nous vous recommandons fortement cet hôtel, nous sommes ravis de notre choix.

Pool is advertised, however unusable since the pool liner was ripped off. Out door spas were advertised but we were surprised that there was a single one, which was a residential model (room for 6 people when there are many rooms in the inn) The banks were supposed to be accessible to walk but were blocked off. "The inn to make your stay memorable" and "offer the gift of luxury" are advertised on the web page... Which was far from true. The common areas were humid and smelly, no one made up the room on our 2 night stay, there wasn't even a clock in the room (my daughter constantly had to ask me to check my cell to know what time it was)

Très bel hôtel où il fait toujours bon de passer quelques jours. Les couchers de soleil vus de la plage de l'auberge sont enchantants. Belle chambre très spacieuse avec tout le comfort et fonctionnalité désirés. Stationnement facile. À ne pas manquer le moulin seigneurial de Pointe-du-Lac à quelques minutes, ainsi que la boulangerie à côté. Mon seul regret est que le restaurant n'était ouvert qu'un seul des quatre jours que j'ai séjourné à l'auberge, car le restaurant est fantastique! Il y a d'autres restaurants à proximité, mais pas tout à fait du même pédigrée. Personnel d'une grande gentillesse.

Die Lage der Unterkunft direkt am See ist fantastisch. Man kann wunderbar einen Sundowner mit Blick auf den See genießen. Für kühlere Tage ist der Wintergarten sehr einladend. Das Frühstück ist à la carte und sehr gut. Leider war es nicht möglich, eine Firmenrechnung bei der Rezeption zu bekommen. Funktioniert sonst überall.

Rooms are comfortable and very large. In house restaurant was excellent. Food of high standard as was service both for dinner and breakfast. There are no other eateries close to the hotel. Lovely view of the lake from the restaurant.
