Genuine and charming small hotell

Small genuine hotell in the central of Trollhättan. Partly time has stopped, which gives a lot of charm, but perhaps not the most modern standards. Very nice breakfast. Good partaking facility in the back yard. Unfortunately, Trollhättan tends to be some what sleepy as a town these days.

I liked this hotel because it was very well organized and made you feel like at home in most senses. The staff was very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very good. Also the location was perfect, right in the center of Trollhättan, and with a good private car park.

We stayed at the hotel for three days. The hotel is nicely decorated in old style. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast is delicious. The staff is very friendly and we will definitely come back here again.

Really comfortable and friendly hotel. Afternoon coffee and cakes were an unexpected and very nice touch. We would most definitely return if staying in Trollhättan. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great Hotel

Great little hotel in the center of Trollhättan, best location. Hotel has off street parking, home baked cakes and biscuits with coffee and tea on offer during the day and night. The hotels decor is like stepping back in time, with an antique vibe, but feels very homely. We were even able to get a late checkout. Breakfast was great, small mini quiches and warm fresh bread, best scrabbled eggs we've had at a hotel. Excellent bed, soft and cosy. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend

Quiet and confortable

Hotel was exceptionally quiet. Has a balcony that compensates for lack of AC. Good breakfast. Only negative was a very small shower stall.

This was our first time here, but not our first in Trollhättan. The hotel is older, but very well kept. The staff (especially the owner, Ulrika, who works there) are really terrific and helpful. Our room had older, beautiful furniture. Common areas had nice touches like fresh flowers from Ulrika's mother's garden. Breakfast was terrific! The home-baked bread was delicious, and there was a very good variety of foods to choose from. The only difficulties were that the bath/shower was difficult to step into for an older person and the lovely streetscape from the year before is torn up in many places while the city's water supply pipes are being replaced (after 80 years service). Those repairs we are told should be done by summer 2025. Otherwise, a lovely and friendly stay.

Charmigt och prisvärt.

Trevligt hotell, har bott här på mina jobbresor i många år. Vänlig och hjälpsam personal som gör det lilla extra för att man ska trivas. Gratis parkering är en otrolig service i dessa tider. Hotellet i sig skulle behöva viss renovering, i varje fall i badrummen, annars gammaldags charm i inredningen och litet kylskåp i alla rum.
