We loved the hotel and the location - just down the street from the esplanade - shops, beach, and great restaurants. On-site secure parking lot. Wonderful buffet breakfast. The rooms were spacious, clean and well appointed. We also loved Trouville. Highly recommended.

In a cramped and busy tourist town, this hotel is a rare gem. It has excellent parking and is very well situated to walk into the town - just a few minutes. The room was lovely and well appointed. There are 2 breakfast options, with an express service from reception for those with small appetites or on a budget.

A gem of an hotel

The hotel is a short walk from the beach/shops/restaurants. We had a lovely room with a proper balcony with chairs and table. The staff were lovely and very helpful. We would definitely stay again.

Nice Hotel, a real 4 stars , in center of the city, close to everything ! The stuff very welcomed. Breakfast very diversified. The room decorated with nice colors , calm, nice view on the garden , balcony. Big bathroom.

Beautiful building set in a quiet area not far from the town of Deauville and Trouville. A two minute walk to the shops and restaurants. 15/20 minutes walk to the beach . No problem with the parking especially if you arrive afternoon time. We spent our first day in Trouville . There were plenty of restaurants and on the Wednesday there was a huge market. We stopped off at Robert & Denis for the best seafood lunch ! The next day we walked across the bridge to Deauville. It is so beautiful, the buildings are so unique and pretty . Plenty of designer shops . We would definitely stay at this hotel again , we had a room at the front with a balcony. There is no air conditioning but we took our own and also borrowed one from reception. The rooms are very clean but on the small side.

Ikke et hotel vi vil anbefale. Uengageret personale, som ikke taler engelsk ej heller virker til at orke gæster….lidt ironisk. Der ryges alle steder, trods der står det er et røgfrit hotel. Der er ingen aircondition. Vi tog hjem en dag tidligere en vi har betalt for pga. konstant cigaretos.

Quelques points à améliorer mais localisation supe

L'hôtel est plutôt bien placé (proche du port, de la gare et des commodités) et pratique pour les possesseurs de voiture électrique (3 places avec des bornes payantes, prix convenable avec Freshmiles). Le petit déjeuner est bien mais un peu cher pour la prestation. La piscine et le jaccuzi sont assez petits et ça resonne énormément dès que quelqu'un parle un peu fort. Des clients mal élevés ont cru qu'ils étaient seuls et parlaient extrêmement fort en squattant le jaccuzi pendant 45 min, résultat tout le monde est parti de l'espace "bien-être". La chambre était assez étroite à cause des plafonds mansardés du 3ème étage. La baignoire très bien mais les WC étaient en biais donc obligé de s'asseoir de côté. Le problème le plus embettant pendant ce week-end du 1er mai exceptionnement chaud, était l'absence d'une ventilation (ou d'une climatisation qui est en cours d'installation depuis presque 1 an apparemment si on regarde le panneau du permis de travaux affiché en bas de la résidence) et d'un frigo pour refroidir l'eau. La chambre n'était pas prête pour 15h il a fallu attendre 1h de plus. J'ai utilisé le service de location de vélo qui n'était pas cher du tout c'est vraiment bien mais seulement 3 vélos avaient l'air disponibles (tous à assistance électrique).
