"Staff are very respectful, lovely and helpful. You can feel thy you’re in a 5 star hotel with their customer service going beyond and above. The only thing I’d add is that the cleaners don’t come everyday to change towels and clean the bin. Our bin would be full by the end of the day due to using apartment and having a baby. They really made the stay more enjoyable. The main downside was the bed, which wasn’t very comfortable. The room also had an older LCD TV; upgrading to a smart TV with access to streaming services like Netflix and Apple TV would be a welcome improvement. Overall, a good hotel with lovely staff and great food. A more comfortable bed and an updated TV would make the experience even better."
