"I was very upset when I arrived because I was expecting a full frontal ocean view. Instead I got a partial view.all the pictures I saw for the room was full ocean view so it was extremely disappointing and misleading. Honestly, had I known it wasn’t guaranteed I would have booked somewhere else. The manager spoke to me and she wasn’t helpful at all she just aggravated the situation more. The resort is nice and the rooms were spacious I just think the customer service could have been better and have a proper manager who can handle situations like that"

And even though the breakfast isn't free it is absolutely delicious. Give it a try!! We stay here every time we come to Key West and we are excited to stay every time."

"I really liked it, the sunset room was small but functional. Though the bed was probably 3.5 feet tall, if you're shorter it's gonna be hard to get up on to it. Or if you have a bad back, good luck. My biggest complaint was the roosters. They crowed from 3 am to 7 am and they were LOUD. I barely got any sleep after 3 am just FYI but that's to be expected with animals."
