Location was convenient with lots of restaurants around and train station close by. Room was okay, found a spider on the bed as I was getting ready for bed. Room is spacious, love that there is a kitchen counter and toaster. They had a washer and dryer in the room which is convenient but my clothes didn’t dry completely when i select the wash/dry option so my clothes was still damp and smell like mildew when I got back to the room at night. Staff is friendly, the elevator is pretty small.

We really enjoyed the property and the staff were very helpful from the very start. Rana and his colleagues helped us whenever we needed anything. The room was clean and very functional and the location was excellent and close to everything. In fact we are returning in two weeks 🙂

Despite our room looking down on a major road it was surprisingly quiet at night. Location was very good, especially if you plan on hitting the Kappabashi kitchenware town looking for good knives or further down to Asakusa Nakamise-dori, or a different direction to or Ameyoko Market. Very comfortable and well outfitted.

Beautiful, secluded property perfect for a romantic or quiet holiday in the mountains. We stayed in a villa with private onsen - it was spacious and peaceful with everything you could need. We highly recommend booking the Kaiseki dinner and buffet breakfast onsite as part of your stay. You are not super close to other restaurant options without driving or taking bus otherwise. They also have room service and late night options for those who prefer privacy. The room comes with a stocked mini fridge of beverages and fresh coffee, tea. The staff are kind, responsive, and helpful. Only other tip is to book any taxis early, ideally a day or two in advance as the wait can be hours if you cannot take bus. The buses were pretty reliable in our experience although could be a challenge with any extra luggage so plan accordingly. The resort is conveniently close to.the ropeway route and easy to navigate. Highly recommend!!
