While the room was clean and comfortable, the “continental “ breakfast was non existent. There was supposed to be breakfast from 6 am to 9am. We arrived at the table at 8:30 to find…nothing but cereal, milk and coffee. No toast, no muffins, no anything. Bad form Super 8.

The hotel is in dire need for updating. Rooms are clean, however, I could not adjust settings for air conditioning/microwave due to buttons being so over-used that they were worn due to multiple people pushing them. Room window shears were torn and discolored. The hotel and rooms are dark and un-inviting. The "complimentary breakfast" consisted of minimal fruit (bananas), frozen and reheated dry breakfast sandwiches, coffee and juice. And, the juice machine was out of order. Paul, at the front desk, had the personality of a rock. He never once cracked a smile, and was extremely argumentative when I tried to check in 1 hour early. Rooms were available and he tried to charge me for an early check-in. That makes no sense when rooms are available - how can the hotel make any revenue for a room for 1 hour to someone else? Paul was extremely rude and not welcoming in any way. I definitely would not recommend the Super 8 when there are soooo many more hotels in the same area.
