Great hotel with wonderful staff. They have been doing renovations for years and it's still a bit dated. The elevator frequently had issues resulting in long waits. Beautiful 13th century German University Town. Great walking town with lots of history. Do visit the museum at the castle - very interesting displays - including the lab where DNA was discovered.
