I stayed here for 16 nights and it was very pleasant and comfortable. There was one night in Tulum where the local power and water supply was switched off but that’s out of the managements hands. Due to the shortage of power and water there is a local 7 Eleven store about 2 minutes walking distance which you can find all your necessities. The private pool was cleaned right at the end of my stay and constantly gets filled with bugs so you may want to request management to get it cleaned as often which I did not. Nonetheless the main pool on the ground and roof were nice to swim and very relaxing. It’s very easy to get to in La Veleta with the roads adequately built. A 5 minute walk will lead you to Veleta Market with plenty of dining out options with very trendy bars. I would highly recommend this place to stay for anyone looking for a comfortable stay with all the amenities that is required for a long stay. For me most importantly was a clean bathroom with shower facilities and a kitchen area with all the appliances to cook your own meals. The lift is currently not working so was a pain to get my luggage’s up 2 floors but I’m sure that will be repaired in due course. The pictures do show a mediation pool but that looks like it’s been out of use for a while. The gym facility is perfect with a few machines and weights to suit your workout. Overall I would stay here again.
