"Needs work. Below Costa del Sol standards. Black mold along base of shower and on caulking around sink. Discolored sink counter. Deteriorating bottom of bathroom door. Shower curtain installed improperly so water drips off onto bathroom floor and pools around toilet. Smoke alarm has small strobe flashing every few seconds, very distracting in darkened room. Chips and scrapes here and there. Disappointing. Room 114."
