"The staff was so kind, helpful and professional. The front desk staff was especially very proactive with solving any problem and incredibly friendly and respectful. The back pool and garden was magical and relaxing. The buffet breakfast offered great variety too. The transportation back to the airport, which was organized by the hotel, was incredibly efficient and smooth. We loved our stay at the hotel."

"We had a very positive experience from the moment we arrived. After getting off our long tail boat, we were picked up by tractor and escorted to our room, which was a unique and memorable start to our stay. It was my partner’s birthday, which I had mentioned in the booking confirmation, and the staff surprised us with a birthday cake — such a thoughtful gesture that really made the occasion feel special. The location of the hotel is absolutely superb, right on the Railay Beach front, with stunning views and a truly unbeatable setting. My only criticism is that the hotel itself looks a little tired in places. For example, the tiling in the pool is worn and in need of repair, and we stayed in a hut which felt quite basic and could definitely benefit from some updating. That said, I would return to this hotel because the location is simply stunning. Next time, however, I would choose to upgrade the room, as the basic option wasn’t the most comfortable."

"We stayed at Railay Princess for 5 nights and enjoyed the convenient airport transfer (has to be requested but worth it), friendly staff, great breakfast, convenient location on the quiet side of Railay and close to the docks, and two swimming pool options. The rooms while clean and nicely appointed could benefit from minor upgrades/refresh, especially the bathrooms. We were 4 families with each their room. In some rooms, the toilets were not flushing very well requiring several flushes which seems counter-productive in an area where water is scarce. All bathroom floors are set slightly lower than the bedroom floors with a small step with a tiled/sharp edge that's not easily visible or detectable. We all hurt our feet a couple of times (one of us even got a cut in the middle of the night and had to get a bandage) before our brains registered and remembered that step. In some rooms, there were whiff of sewage/drainage issues which is pretty common across Railay; most likely a sign of the sewage/drainage system being overloaded and/or requiring upgrade. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would encourage the resort to keep up the good work and make a few minor upgrades to reach 5 star status."

"This was such a wonderful stay. The staff were so incredibly friendly and helpful. The resort was incredibly clean and provided everything we needed. One of the only resorts in Railay with a gym. The breakfast was delicious with a great variety. Location was perfectly central to everything."

"Great location. 1/4 block from Main Street in Ao Nang and 1.5 blocks from beach. Shops, restaurants, massages just steps away. Staff friendly. They supply you with bottled water and will replenish, 2 at a time, whenever requested at no charge. They have a weight room and have Pilates and yoga in mornings on certain days. Breakfast buffet excellent. Lattes, fresh fruit, eggs, cereal and many other yummy foods. 2 pools, one on main floor and infinity pool on roof top. Would definitely go back and recommend it. "

"Fantastic hotel. Brilliant view from the pool area. Slightly further away from the beach but no issue as there is a free shuttle to and from that the hotel offer for free. Would highly recommend!"
