The concierge was very personable and respectful offering tour recommendations, ordering food delivery, sending out laundry. Our bed was very comfortable, and housekeeping kept the room fresh and clean. "

"Never stay in this hotel. The rooms are old, everything is in bad cobsition. The shower did not drain the water, the shower faıcet was so old rusty that it is not working. The towels (all of them including new ones I asked from the satff) had stains (red and brown) they said it is rust!!! They changed our room to a new one which was not better. The big spider was on the wall and the staff came to pick it up but it ruined our stay! This hotel needs renovation. They mix the rustic with the rust...
