"This hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but is lovely on the inside! Rooms are a good size, beds super comfy and the staff are so friendly and welcoming and really go out of their way to help you, especially the staff in the breakfast room. The pool and leisure area are great. Our only (very minor) complaints were that you have to book slots to use the pool and it fills up quickly at busy times, so get in and book as soon as you arrive! Also, there was an event on one of the nights we were staying so it meant the car park was very busy and we couldn’t find a space to park. We had to abandon the car on double yellows and hope for the best! Fortunately, a space came up later and we were able to move the car. Other than that, I would highly recommend and will stay again!"

"Bar had no draught available, ,all bottled beers extremely expensive, 2 bottle Peroni £10, also low on mixer and run out of lime cordial Was not informed bar closing, receptionist/bar person informed us night porter will serve us to a reasonable time. But when went to get drink told bar closed."

"Stayed here one night for the Gladiators event at the P&J live. Initially had an issue when checking in with booking; this was rectified shortly after in a way I'd expect from a Hilton property which meant that our stay was not negatively impacted - which was great to see. The room was spotless, the bar was great and breakfast had something for everyone in our party although it wasn't necessarily a huge selection. Although there were many (other) children staying at the time, the room was quiet and we had a peaceful sleep. It is also well linked with buses from either direction and just less than a minutes walk from the P&J live. Didn't try the executive lounge or pool due to the opening times clashing with our event, but hopefully will be back at some point to do so."

"The room was very comfortable, clean, and just perfect. Staff were warm and helpful. Parking was excellent. The breakfast was amazing…quite an array of things to choose in the buffet area and the hot breakfast was delicious!!"
