โThe staff are extremely friendly, attentive and helpful. It was a pleasure to spend time there and I definitely recommend this hotel. The location is also very good, next to parks, shops, and good restaurants. โ
โSo much good things to say about this place. The staff was very kind, friendly and welcoming. As a first time visitor from New York to Georgia I truly enjoyed my stay here. Iโd recommend staying here!โ
โNos ha encantado el hotel! El dueรฑo y la cocinera son majisimos y super atentos. Teniamos que volver el ultimo dia y decidimos volver al mismo hotel!โ
โVery close to the main road and very clean and comfortable to stay. The hotel prepared lunchbox for 6 persons as we departed earlier than the opening time of restaurant in the morning.โ
โI picked this hotel only because I had a very good experience in rooms hotel Kazbegi.
But service of rooms hotel in Tbilisi was very bad.
1. I asked to send 2 towels and 2 bottle of water to my room. But this never served. (22nd, Dec, around 5:30pm)
2. When I had dinner at the 1st floor restaurant, the waiter was unfriendly in general (except the restaurant front lady manager). Even the staff who checked out my bill, he left my receipt without looking at my table. So I received the receipt on...
โIncredible design and decor - fashioned from a Soviet era printing press. Best food in town. Bath products were very high quality too. Rooms are huge and stunninglyndesigned with super quality bedsheets etc - but too dark. Even their lighting wasn't sufficient to be able to see properly around the room. We also love that this is a Georgian conceived and owned property, not a chain hotel. โ
โLocation was great, cafe/bar was excellent, staff was friendly.
The mayorโs campaign office was next building and there were some people gathering in front protesting, but nothing serious at the time we stayed. Overall, excellent.โ
โA true gem in Tbilisiโbeautifully designed, comfortable, and full of character. The staff is warm and attentive, the breakfast delicious, and the location perfectly balanced between quiet retreat and city access. A stay here feels both authentic and inspiring.โ
โEverything was great except for the fact that parking was very difficult. The hotel is located on a very very steep hill and driving up the driveway is very challenging since it is made of very old stone and is messed up everywhere. I asked Alex at the reception about it and he stated they are not allowed to fix the road because of its archaeological significance.โ
