"Staff was great and helpful, pool was a nice touch. Breakfast was your typical setup. The issues I had came with the room. When I entered my room for the first time a few light didn't work, the floor wasn't vacuumed, the base of the dining room table was sticky and dirty. There was still some leftover items from the previous guest. The room was booked for 6 people and we were given 2 wash clothes, 2 hand towels and 4 regular towels. The day they were supposed to vacuum they came in missed a ton of spots. At the beginning of our stay we asked about a kitchenette with a dishwasher and no dishes and front desk said they didn't do that. We came back from exploring the town to a cabinet full of dishes and a coffee maker being added to our room which tells me it was supposed to be in the room to begin with. Mentioned a few lights not working and was told it would get fixed, it remained not working until checkout. Honestly the price we paid for the room would bring me back but hugely disappointed after reading how well majority stays are in the hotel. (2/5)"

"It was pitiful… Ice machine broken, had to go to front desk for ice half of bowl😩😩, pool was not working, breakfast didn’t look like nothing on the website.. cereal, hard muffins , milk and juice.. some fruits …. no good channels on the tv, no WiFi had to register as a member for something … $4.99 for some reason… but the bed was comfortable"
