"Perfect one night stopover. Immaculate clean room although smell of cleaning fluid was a bit overpowering on entering the room. A kettle to.make tea would have made it perfect. The pool.looks nice, the grounds are well.maintained and the pub restaurant on site has very friendly staff. The meals were surprisingly good and the service excellent. Breakfast not as good as dinner but that's the only negative"

"The two staff at the desk were welcoming and extremely helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and spacious. Our room had an excellent view of the lake from the balcony and the bed and bedding was comfortable. There was an advisory regarding the tap water posted in the elevator and front desk, but there were no bottles of good water in the room. Keurig coffee maker worked well, but the coffee pods provided were lacking flavor. No coffee was offered in the lobby."
