Esperava mais desse Hotel, pela avaliação!

Quando fiz a reserva neste Hotel, pesquisei no Google e estava entre os melhores. Porém, a nossa experiência não foi boa. Local do Hotel ruim, perigoso. Pagamos 10 reais de estacionamento, e no dia do checkout, notamos que a porta do lado direito estava arranhada. Chuveiro do qto não esquentava. E a cama de mola era desconfortável. Fizemos reserva para a família, porém, faltou mais toalha e cobertor. Só o que salvou foi o café da manhã.

Não reservem esse hotel em nenhuma hipótese! Não há como dormir!!! Não há carpetes/tapetes nos corredores, não há isolamento acústico. Todo barulho dos corredores entra nos quartos, dia e noite. Poderia ser nota máxima...

Boa localização. Excelente atendimento. Ótimo café da manhã. Não ganha 5 estrelas devido uma falha grave gerencial. O elevador só vai até a garagem se for para os hóspedes chegando. Na hora de sair, o elevador não permite ir até a garagem, tendo que descer carregando as malas pela escada. Motivo? Para evitar que hóspede vá embora sem pagar. Absurdo Por um risco muito pequeno, prejudicam todos os hóspedes.
