"We loved Alaya resort so much that we extended our stay longer than expected! It’s a great location in the heart of Ubud, walking distance of shops and restaurants. The resort is beautiful and the pool is tucked away in the back, allowing more privacy from the busy streets. The staff was incredible and went above and beyond. Highly recommend staying here! "

"The staff were so polite and helpful wanting your stay to be the best. The hotel is set back from the busy-ness of Ubud but close enough to still get around. Only challenge is the traffic but think that’ll apply to any hotel in Ubud. There are lots of nice restaurants right near the hotel also. Luxurious hotel, beautiful scenery. Lots of veggie options, lovely daily yoga."

"Good comfortable stay. Stayed in a bamboo house!! Excellent concept!! The ambiance of the resort was also soothing. They got 3pools with them (decent size).staff was also helpful. For vegetarians (specifically Indians) wont get indian breakfast. They have set menu for breakfast. American/indonesian/continental options are available. For vegetarians they have just fruits n vegetable sandwich n tea/coffee. But we do have couple of indian restaurants within 2mins walking distance which is the best part. Actually the location is amazing as its in middle of city center."
