Globalement un hotel correct, mais peu ou pas de service au niveau du front desk, pas de sentiment d'accueil ou de bienvenu, malgré un verre offert. 1er diner offert sans aucun intéret. Beautiful property and gardens and amazing spa! The lodges are starting to show signs of wear and tear but it looked like they were starting to refurbish some of them. Great service and buffet breakfast was lovely.

Henkilökunta todella ystävällistä. Hotellissa paljon korkeuseroja, en suosittele heikkojalkaisille. Allasalueet/altaat aika pienet eli jos viihtyy enemmän altaan äärellä, ei ole paras paikka siihen. Oma huoneemme kaipasi jo vähän remonttia, mutta oli ihan viihtyisä. Osa huoneista oli remontoitu sekä osassa remontti käynnissä. Sijainti hyvä, pääsi kävellen vilkkaammalle alueelle, jossa enemmän palveluita, mutta ihan läheltäkin löytyi kauppa ja ravintoloita.

The hotel facilities and everything about it was more than satisfactory.There appeared however to be a tipping culture expectation when the overall costs incurred a customer service fee.Making it much more costly. Hand towels in the bathroom would be a nice addition.Staff were amazing.
