It was a beautiful resort. Amazing room. Very clean and the staff are very helpful and very nice and polite. We needed to checkout at 6 am to make it to the airport, they had a breakfast box ready for us to eat on the way. Highly recommend. Would return here for sure

we came from Kuta to see the experience in ubud and it's not bad but the food portions were too small and terms of the tourist sites it did seem really far away but it was really quiet and peaceful

Udaya Resort is a heavenly place to stay. Our room was beautiful, everything was top notch, and the whole property is wonderful. The food is good, the staff are courteous and thoughtful. The free shuttle to Central Ubud was very helpful. Overall, great stay, and we can't wait to come back.

From the moment I arrived at The Udaya Resorts & Spa and was warmly welcomed by the team on reception, I knew why this resort is rated one of the absolute best in Ubud. The property provides the ultimate peace and quiet in a tranquil jungle escape, while still offering easy access to central Ubud for all its incredible food and shopping. The resort even provides a regular, complimentary shuttle bus service into the town centre that runs every two hours and only takes about 10 minutes, making traveling back and forth completely effortless day and night. The entire resort grounds are breathtaking, featuring beautifully maintained tropical gardens and a stunning infinity pool area that instantly makes you feel relaxed and at peace. The dining experience at the restaurant was equally fantastic, with a great choice for breakfast each morning where everything is cooked to order. What really stood out during my stay, however, was the incredible friendliness of the staff. Their kindness, natural warmth, and genuine hospitality made a lasting impression, and it truly felt like nothing was too much trouble for the team. Ubud is a magical and fascinating place, and one to which I shall definitely be returning. When I do so, The Udaya Resorts & Spa will be the only place I will consider staying. Matur suksma!

An Absolutely Beautiful Resort — We Didn’t Want to Leave! Our stay at The Udaya Resort was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty and tranquility of the property. The resort is stunning, with its gorgeous koi pond, beautiful private villas, and incredible swimming pools. Every corner of the property feels thoughtfully designed, creating a peaceful and luxurious atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and unwind. Evelyn took wonderful care of us and helped make our experience even more special. Her hospitality and attentiveness truly stood out. We loved The Udaya so much that we actually canceled our other reservations just to extend our stay! That alone says everything about how much we enjoyed our time here. The breakfast was another highlight. Everything was beautifully prepared, and the restaurant staff were consistently attentive, warm, and friendly. Their excellent service made every morning feel special and added to the overall experience. What really makes The Udaya stand out is the combination of its breathtaking surroundings, comfortable accommodations, delicious food, and genuinely welcoming staff. It’s the kind of place where you arrive planning to stay a few nights and immediately wish you could stay longer. We cannot recommend The Udaya Resort highly enough.
