Property is located in a crowded/busy area.
Pros - nice & clean property, very helpful staff, nice roof top restaurant
Cons - would not provide an iron, no laundry services provided, bed mattress could be better, no non-veg or liquor served

Udaipur Family Trip
We were looking for a clean hotel for a family gathering. The hotel did not disappoint. We requested luggage storage in the morning, and the front desk staff readily obliged and were very helpful. When we returned that evening to check in, our luggage was already transported to our assigned rooms. The rooms were clean, and well prepared. Room service for food and extra linen for extremely prompt. On the second day, in the evening the hotel did experience some trouble with hot water (they were at full capacity), but the staff (especially Bhavesh) kept his cool and was able to provide hot water for a shower. By next morning the problem was fixed, and I applaud Bhavesh's ability to work calmly under duress. I also requested a match box for a birthday celebration for my dad, and he appeared with one, within minutes. Lastly, we requested a late check out, and this was provided for all of our 3 rooms. The terrace dining room was open for dinner with some excellent choices. The breakfast was included and very well prepared. Overall, a great stay in a clean, friendly and accommodating hotel

Nice hotel. Smallish room. Only issue was I booked online for a twin and they gave us a double. So we had to get a single mattress to put on the floor. Since the room was not very big it became cramped. They should not offer twin as an option if they can't guarantee it.

Hotel nuevo y limpio
La habitación muy bien y la cama muy cómoda. Todo el hotel en general bastante nuevo y limpio. El desayuno muy bien y el staff muy amable.
Lo único que no me gustó fue el baño, que la ducha no tenía plato y daba aspecto de suciedad al ducharte al lado del inodoro.
