“The breakfast was wonderful. It was full of great things if that is what you look for. Unfortunately the smoke alarm in our room went off twice; once at night, once in the AM. Not a new issue as when I called the desk they told me to turn on the fan. Bed was good, but the a/c couldn't get quite right. No major issues and would stay again.”

“wall mounted Air Conditioning unit loud as a lawnmower. no other way to cool the room. housekeeping only provided upon request, but the person checking us in didn't inform us of that. front desk personnel not courteous in the least. I think they train them to deny all responsibility.”

“We stayed 3 nights. Never got our room cleaned, fresh towels, more coffee packets, paper coffee cups, or enough soap. The electrical plug in the lamp did not work so I had to move the end table to use the wall plug. The dust behind the table was terrible. On the second day I requested more coffee and perhaps clean towels, as we were only given 2 and one had ended up on the floor. We were told at the front desk that they only clean after 3 days and there wasn't enough towels until they did...
