The property is in a great location, the main lobby is not the best ( hiring someone to remodel it would do much to improve first impression) the rooms are good size and condition, the cleaning is a hit or miss we got one bed fixed one day and the other not, towels changed some times.

It was a big and luxury hotel once upon a time, but it looks a bit dated nowadays. My room was spacious and had very good city view. It was clean enough. Staff were helpful and friendly. Overall, it’s a good hotel in the heart of the city.

The hotel is located right in the canter of the city. But you might face some problems with the parking lot. There is a Coffee shop, Lounge, and nice restaurant in the building. Rooms are clean

Be careful to stay in here

It's terrible experience stay in here. First night, the room was facing the square, the view is good, but it was really noise in the morning. you can't sleep in that kind condition. Then they let me move to the other room which facing the other side. But it was some kind party or night club over there. And the music was really load. And it was keep going until 3-4 AM. Really terrible.

아주 편리한 위치에 친절한 직원들. 시설은 조금 낙후되었고 밤에 도착하면 입구를 찾기가 너무 힘들다. 호텔 입구에 간판이 없고 식당 간판만 있어서 헤메게 된다. 그것만 수정하면 무난하다

30年月に2回ほと出張、旅行に行っているが、1番最悪のホテル！これは経験した事がない。 The worst horrible hotel ever that i traveled around the world twice a year over years! 挨拶、ありがとう、笑顔、アイコンタクトがないのはもちろん、お客様の前でスタッフがソファーで寝ている。しかも態度も非常に悪い。 入口も消えていてどこが入口けわからない。経営する気ぐないのか？ 　 予約したにも関わらず、予約がないと言われ続け、支払い済みの領収書を見せたにも関わらず、ないの一点張り。モンゴル人のビジネスパートナーに来てもらい説明したら、ようやく滞在させてくれた。 フロントデスクがPCの扱い方がわからなかったのに、理由はシステムエラーの一言。ありがとうも謝罪も、もちろんない。 ハウスキーピングも札をかけても電話しても一向にこないので、翻訳アプリを使い、4回は説明しても、okと言ってもこず、挙げ句にハウスキーパーは帰宅してできないとの結果。 そして、 最後には、もちろんありがとうもないが、チェックアウトも支払い済みなのに、お金を払えの一点ば張りでこれもまたまたモンゴルの知人に頼んだ。 Hotel.com、Expediaが契約をしているのが、理解しがたい。 全額とはいわないが、お金を返してほしい。 とにかく酷かった。 現地の人にも相当評判悪いです。 2度と泊まらないし、知人は絶対おすすめしません。 些細な事だが、冷蔵庫も開けるたびに壊れ、毎回修正。 この対応の言い訳として、Expedia. Hotel.comからのコミュニケーション不足と責めていた。 チョイスと時間がなかったので、変えたかったが、このホテルに泊まったのが、悔しいです。 ホテルGMかオーナーから何かしら謝罪、サービスふもちろんの事コメントはほしい。 I've traveled on business and travel about twice a month over the past 30 years, but this is the worst hotel I've ever stayed in! I've never experienced anything like it. The worst horrible hotel ever that I've traveled around the world twice a year over years! Not only were there no greetings, thank yous, smiles, or eye contact, but the staff were sleeping on the sofa in front of the guests. On top of that, their attitude was extremely rude. The entrance had disappeared and it was impossible to tell where the entrance was. Do they not want to run the hotel? Despite making a reservation, they kept saying there was no reservation, and even after showing me a paid receipt,

Fue muy mala la comunicación con el personal. No avisaron de que no funcionaba el wifi y cuando lo solucionaron se iba constantemente. No respetaron el horario del desayuno. Hacían un cambio de moneda como les parecía, con la sensación de ser timado. Experiencia poco agradable.

Eigentlich ganz gut. Lage Fußläufig zur Innenstadt. Matratze mir zu hart.Zimmer sehr gut Heizbar mit Thermostate zum drehen. Am Handwaschbecken, wasserhahn kommt kaum Wasser. Aber dafür 2 Duschen.Für unsere Gedanken nicht nachvollziehbar. Frühstück sehr Mongolien lastig.

별로 추천하고 싶지 않아요

트윈 베드 룸으로 예약했는데, 더블베드로 배정하고 배째라네요. 가족이 아니라 단체 여행인데 정말 난감했습니다. 따져 물어도 바꿔줄 방이 남아 있지 않다고 하고 끝이네요. 수압이 약해서 물도 찔찔찔. 주위에 나이트 클럽이 있는지 새벽 5시까지 시끄러운 음악소리에 편히 잘 수 없었습니다. 9시 체크아웃인데 일요일이라고 조식은 8시부터 시작이고, 게다가 음식은 9시가 다 되어서야 제대로 나왔습니다. 다시 가고 싶지 않은 호텔이었어요.
