"I had such a nice stay! While family was at Fachklinik Dr. Herzog, I stayed here, only a few minutes walking distance. I enjoyed a comfortable and clean room, patio, a lovely breakfast daily and helped myself to a beverage in the evening from the cooler (leave cash, with the honor system). My hosts were wonderful and very accommodating. WiFi is much stronger here than at the Klinik, so I could easily communicate with members at home. "Peaceful place in the countryside. Well decorated. Walking/cycling path goes by the front door. Great restaurant on site. A man and wife run the place and work hard to make sure everything is well maintained and clean while executing high level dining in the evenings."

Gave us a great tip on one place for dinner and we ate at Hotel am Park our second night. Nice location with walking into the spa complex down the road and easy and free on-site parking. Not the Ritz but warm and comfortable, especially if you are looking for a laid back experience in this area. "

"Outdated decor. Rooms not cleaned. Dead flies, bathroom spiders web in the corner. Curtains not clean. Breakfast basic. No member of staff able to speak english. Lucky for me my daughter can speak basic German. Kitchen in suit has no cutlery, pans, cups or glasses. For some reason there was no rubbish bin provided."

"We had a lovely 1 night stay with our 2 dogs. This hotel is very dog friendly and we could even bring our pointers with us into their restaurant when we had dinner. The staff was super friendly and the food amazing:) The only little thing I would have liked to have been informed about when booking our room, was that if we wanted to use the jacuzzi (that was the major reason we booked this hotel) we should have booked it so they could have had the chance to fill it with water and heat it up.
