“I stayed at the Capital Pearl from 28 August to 1 September. On the first night I was given a room on the 6th floor for the reason I checked in late at 6pm. But regrettably My wife & I couldn't stand a continuous drilling noise from repair work of the mall under the hotel. So I requested the reception desk to move my room to a higher floor.
