"Friendly staff. I was pulling a boat and they were accommodating on where to park. Dollar General right across the street and several restaurants close by. Breakfast was good. Everything was clean."

"Sasha went above and beyond when we needed to adjust our stay. She was so very polite and considerate. She should be commended for her excellent customer service skills and representation of Best Western. The breakfast staff were both very accomodating and personable. The maintenance gentlement was also very polite and willing to accommodate any needs that arised. We were very impressed with the room accomodations and cleaning services. The employees really restored my faith in customer service excellence still being a part of our society. Thank you all very much for your service. I will recommend your facility and return when the opportunity arises."

"The front desk lady was very nice and helpful, even though we got in at 10 that night. The rooms were very clean and tidy. Beds were very comfortable. "

" We went down and told assistant about these issues, they didn't do anything , There wasn't another place to stay in this area. Couldn't take a good shower, the shower head was clogged sprayed water everywhere. Water in toilet ran all day and night. Room had very bad odor we went down to Dollar Store and bought Lysol and air fresheners for room. There was a hole under the carpet you tripped in. Found dirty panties in corner. Won't go back."
