โOverall the room was decent except the window was broke prior to entering the room, it looks like something happened to the screen as well. The air unit would work whrn it wanted to. We also discovered stains on the current like coffee or something happened prior to us checking in. Staff was friendly.โ
โOur room was great. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The only suggestions I have are to switch to smart televisions, so that guests can watch their streaming services, especially for extended stays. Also, the washers were breaking/broke, so having those fixed immediately would be nice. When guests are there for extended stays, we are in need of washers and dryers quite often. Other than those two suggestions, our stay was great.โ
โI had an overall great stay. The room was very clean and the staff was attentive. I was a little concerned before arriving because of reviews about door key issues, and I did experience that problem. My key only worked once, and I had to return to the desk three times. A manager came up, confirmed the lock needed to be changed, and they fixed it the same day, which I appreciated.
Aside from that, the bed was decent and the property was well-kept. I would stay here again.โ
