Comfortable and affordable stay

The hotel location was convenient and easy to find. We had no problem with check-in, the staff was helpful, and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. Our double queen suite was well-equipped with a kitchen as well as a full-sized workspace. Would definitely book here again if we're in the area.

A good place to stay

The hotel is conveniently located, very quiet and the rooms have a lot of space. The vents in the heater were very clogged with dust and dirt but other than that, the room was very clean and well equipped.

Overall good stay. Everyone I interacted with at the front desk were friendly and helpful. There’s a minimal amount of “routine maintenance “ that could be done in regards to appearance of the hotel (bathroom tiles cracked, cracks in drywall spackle ect) but was better then most places I’ve stayed!

Warn Down Facility

Bed was comfortable, staff was friendly, but slow. Overall though, the hotel did not look like it was in good shape. Rooms looked old and warm down. Showers were the same. Not a super comfortable stay. Definitely needs to be upgraded.

We liked our queen suite. It had a small kitchenette which was very convenient. We made supper and breakfast. The staff was very helpful. He saw we were struggling to get our luggage in and he helped us. We would deffinetly stay again.

Stayed the night for a concert. Quiet, nice room, very comfortable. Only issue they don't have a breakfast service. Not a big deal, just surprising.

We looked at two other motels in the Belle Vernon area and the rooms smelled! Even though we paid more than my husband would have liked I was appreciative of the room…clean, no odor, comfortable mattress! Evening desk clerk was great too!

Good but more maid service needed.

Really need to have rooms cleaned every other day rather than once a week; even if just trash and towels. Having to take your own towels to front desk because they only clean rooms once a week is a bit ridiculous. Front desk staff was great.
