8/10 Good

"The room was clean, there was ample parking"

Hilton Charlotte University Place

8/10 Good

"We stayed here for a quick weekend trip . The A/C did not work appropriately and the room had a bit of a mildew smell. The bathroom also could have been cleaned a little better. But overall the staff was really kind and the hotel is located in the perfect location to dining options and getting around the city."

Moxy Charlotte Downtown

10/10 Excellent

"Was going to give 4 stars, but i really enjoyed my stay! Positives. Really great vibe and decor. Different all together. Felt very hip and artsy. Rooms were comfortable and very clean. Wonderful skyline and patio are on the 13th floor (that's right, the 13th floor). Negatives: No breakfast as listed. No parking, must pay for sketchy public parking or for valet service (cost are pretty close). Again, a 13th floor, this is where you check in, at the bar. I loved it for a by myself escape to relax and enjoy city night life."

The Mecklen Hotel, Charlotte, a Tribute Portfolio™ Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This was our first stay and will definitely not be our last. From the moment we walked into the doors we were taking back by the ambience and beautiful decor. Absolutely stunning!! From the seating area, bar, breakfast area and our room. The bar closed at 12 had some great drink choices, we only stayed one night but that morning we had breakfast. Wow just wow, had the avocado toast and eggs and my husband had the pancakes. Worth every dollar spent. Highly recommend."
