โReally nice stay in Kassel and Hood House. Digital solutions for access worked flawless, and the room was great. Can absolutely recommend. Close to pretty much everything, including Bergpark Wilhelmshรถhe (tram 1 or cab up to Hercules statue if you prefer experiencing the park from the top going down instead of climbing upwards ๐). โPictures are beautiful... hotel is not quite as clean (floors and carpets) and furniture is worn (some stains). Location is right across from the train station. Some challenges getting in touch with hotel management as we had access issues. On the plus, they were polite and did do their best to be helpful once we connected. Still, not sure I would recommend a stay...โ

โVery late arrival (06:30) but welcomed with open arms and went straight to breakfast, a rich buffet. Good bed, good bathroom.
The only negative issue is the cobblestone on the street outside the hotel. Either you have the window shut or hear the traffic noise where a regular car sounds like a big truck, and a truck sounds like a freight train. But that is nothing the hotel can change, and guests might sleep with the window shut.โ
