"This is a smallish hotel located in a fantastic location, slightly off the waterfront. Staff is exceptionally friendly, helpful and nice. There is a ton of good food options and touristy things to do like the aquarium and maritime museum within easy walking distance on the waterfront. Rooms are very nice, clean, well serviced and decent sized. The area is are st night. The train/metro is located a few blocks away which gives you access to most of Sydney. You can take a train from the airport to get the hotel. Overall, a really decent hotel for the price with great staff located conveniently."

"I am so happy with my stay at Song. Every member of the staff (guest forward and cleaners) were kind, friendly, and truly seemed to care about their work and guest service. Having worked in the industry as a career I quickly noticed as such genuine practice can be difficult to find. Even while checking out, Yamna (who was working the front desk) was enthusiastic in guiding me toward other great options for travel as I left for Queensland. "Glad we found this hotel, 5 min slow walk to Central station with trains, light rail & buses to take you anywhere including airport. McDonalds & Chemist Warehouse opposite. We were surprised how quiet it was, no noise at all, not even from neighbouring rooms or lifts. Large rooms & bathrooms & comfy beds. Very clean & modern too. Walkin shower. Highly recommend "
