Everything about this place is simply exceptional, from the breathtaking surroundings and beautiful facilities to the genuinely warm hospitality. Imagine waking up to the soothing sound of a waterfall, surrounded by majestic mountains, before heading down to enjoy a wonderful breakfast spread, elegantly served on crisp, white tablecloths. Such a simple yet luxurious experience. Absolutely splendid! A very special appreciation goes to Jonni, Anton, and the lovely lady at the reception whose name I unfortunately didn't manage to get (blonde haired lady). Their warmth, attentiveness, and genuine hospitality made our stay incredibly personal and memorable. They are truly among the hotel's greatest assets. Beautiful facilities can impress guests, but it is people like them who make guests feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Swimming while overlooking the mountains and waterfall was an experience in itself. The scenery was breathtaking, and the atmosphere was incredibly relaxing. Another wonderful bonus was having access to the Urban Nature facilities, which added even more value to the overall experience. Everything about this hotel is top-notch. P/s: Jonni, the iced latte seakan-akan starbucks with oatmilk were very nice! Thank you."
