"Absolutely amazing place and incredible hosts. We had a brilliant stay, the room and chateau were beautiful, finished to a very high standard. Breakfast was delicious and the renovations that are being completed are very exciting. The pin ball machine collection in the basement was such a great surprise! And fun! We will definitely be back and would highly recommend "

"Very kind and friendly owners, everything imaginable for a continental breakfast, large bedroom, spotlessly clean, lovely well-thought-out bathroom - and in a fascinating historic building in the centre of Langres. The owner very generously gave me a lift back to the station. Picturesque beagle in attendance in house."

"The room was small. Bathroom was very compact and had a drainage smell. The bathroom door handle was loose causing a problem getting in and out. The air con was great but when switched off it would rattle intermittently which meant we had an awful night’s sleep. Main door to first floor squeaked causing more disturbance through the night. "

When planning a long journey from the UK down to the Mediterranean coast, this is the first place we look to stay at."

"This motel-style place is quite worn and in need of re-furbishment. August- restaurant closed but bar drinks available! Sitting on the terrace was like sitting in a dirty ashtray- smelled terrible. Room was basic but bed was clean. Reception on arrival very helpful. Unfortunately in the morning area smelled of cannabis. Would not stay here again "
