"There was lots of room inside, not terribly comfortable but comfortable enough. It was nice outside, but I stayed out too long and got eaten by the sand fleas. It was actually a pretty nice location. There was a little trouble communicating, but the staff was very nice and helpful."

Nice conversations, games evenings together or delicious dinners are just as much a part of the experience as the exceptionally clean and tastefully furnished rooms and facilities! "Ataraxia is a peaceful and beautiful place hidden between jungle and sea. Saw plenty of wild life both on land and at sea. The food was delicious and the owners and staff always teady to go the extra mile to make the stay as enjoyable as possible. Would come back a hundred times if i could. For.the price difference treat yourself to an ocean view cabin, they are fantastic."

"Die Zimmer sind groß und geräumig. Zum Badezimmer gibt es keine Tür. Aus der Dusche kommt leider kein richtiger Strahl. Leider ist es, dadurch das die Inhaber mit 2 Kindern dort sind relativ laut. Für uns war dadurch die Nacht um 7 Uhr beendet. Leider gibt es keine Rezeption oder Security. An allen 3 Seiten wird leider noch gebaut. Die Anlage ist aber sonst sehr schön. Fussläufig gibt es ein Over Water Restaurant/Bar. Vor dem Hotel ist ein kleiner Sandstrand und man kann hier surfen und...

"Food was mediocre and overpriced for Panama, and given the hotel's location there is little you can do. The room, grounds and location were very nice. Problem with cleaning our room one day. They tried to rectify it but it was already late afternoon. "
