We were extremely grateful and happy when Chai and the other staff made surprise birthday arrangements for our son at short notice and even sang happy birthday in both English and Samoan. "Overall had a fantastic 7 nights, staff were very welcoming and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had a good holiday, especially considering the fact I was nursing a broken and a fractured rib from the previous 7 nights in the village, meals were delicious and the rooms were beautiful and clean and well serviced - very comfortable bed! Just love Samoa - highly recommend Sheraton - will be going back that’s for sure!"
